Massage and Body Work

• Swedish/Therapeutic Massage-30 mins. $50
  Swedish or therapeutic massage typically involves applying lotion or oil and gentle manipulation and massage (pressing, kneading, stroking) and stretches the body. Therapist's use of varying pressure during the massage of the soft tissues areas of the body are determined by client history, medical conditions and clients comfort level. Essential Oils may be used if client so chooses.
• Swedish/Therapeutic Massage-60 mins. $110
• Swedish/Therapeutic Massage-90 mins. $140
• Craniosacral Therapy-60 mins. $110
  The therapist's touch is very light during this session as she detects and corrects the imbalances of the craniosacral system. This encourages the body's own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system. Essential Oils may be used if client so chooses.
• Energy Balancing-60 mins. $110
  This session consists of the therapist placing her hands on several different parts of the client's body. These still hand-hold positions allow the body to clear and release long held areas of blocked energy and/or emotions. This can lead to a feeling of "wholeness within", allowing us to "re-wire" ourselves and have a  new healthy, mature life experience. Essential Oils may be used if client so chooses.
• Myofascial Release-60 mins. $110
  Lotion or oils are not used during this session. This very effective bodywork technique provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions (soft tissue immobility) to eliminate pain and restore function. Essential Oils may be used if client so chooses.
• Reflexology-30 mins. $50
  Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the hands and feet. It is based on the theory that these pressure points are linked to every part of the body.  It is effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness, and for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness. Essential Oils may be used during this session if client so chooses
• Reflexology-60 mins. $110
  Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the hands and feet. • Shiatsu-60 mins. $110
  This traditional Japanese healing art, based on acupuncture principles uses finger pressure instead of needles to balance, relax, or energize the energy systems of the body. Essential Oils may be used if client so chooses.
